Everstream Analytics provides AI-powered supply chain risk intelligence, helping global enterprises anticipate disruptions and take proactive action. After a series of acquisitions, Everstream faced a complex challenge: unify multiple products into a single, cohesive platform without losing the functionality or trust of their existing customers.

The company needed a clear strategy to move forward. With multiple platforms in play and fragmented user experiences, they had to create a unified product that could serve a broad set of customer needs. The goal wasn’t just to merge systems—it was to design a new experience that felt intentional, scalable, and focused, while still accounting for technical realities and migration timelines.
