Everstream Analytics provides AI-powered supply chain risk intelligence, helping global enterprises anticipate disruptions and take proactive action. After a series of acquisitions, Everstream faced a complex challenge: unify multiple products into a single, cohesive platform without losing the functionality or trust of their existing customers.
The company needed a clear strategy to move forward. With multiple platforms in play and fragmented user experiences, they had to create a unified product that could serve a broad set of customer needs. The goal wasn’t just to merge systems—it was to design a new experience that felt intentional, scalable, and focused, while still accounting for technical realities and migration timelines. They needed a UX partner who could bring clarity to the complexity and help shape a plan for evolution without overreach.
We began with a deep UX strategy and blueprinting engagement, mapping out a clear path toward a unified experience. This included evaluating platform overlaps, defining customer priorities through user interviews and research, and shaping a product vision that balanced long-term goals with short-term impact. Together, we aligned on a phased approach that would simplify the product ecosystem, streamline key workflows, and enable the business to move forward with confidence. Our work provided not just a design direction, but a strategic foundation to guide decisions across product, engineering, and customer success.
